Hot Wing Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

  • 4 ounces butter (not margarine)

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 12 Ounces Frank’s Red Hot

  • Three shakes of Tabasco Sauce

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and whisk till everything is melts.

  • Heat oil to 350 degrees

  • Pat wings dry and add to oil.

  • Cook 20 - 30 minutes

Serve with:

  • Celery

  • Blue Cheese Dressing

  • Ranch Dressing
