Corn Soup

This is a recipe we tried for our Indian Lore Merit Badge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry corn

  • 1 cup flour

  • 6 cups water

  • 1 cup diced bacon or salt pork dash salt

Preparation

Boil dry corn in water for four hours. Add bacon and salt. When done, mix flour with water and add to soup to thicken.
