Ingredients
- 1 lb Bacon 
- 1 large onion or two smaller ones 
- 4 - 5 Potatoes 
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup 
- 1/4 C water 
- 1 lb shredded cheese 
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into 1/4’ slices 
- Chop onions 
- Chop bacon into 1 inch squares 
- Sauté bacon and onions together. Cook till bacon is crispy 
- Add Cream of Chicken soup 
- Add 3/4 of the cheese 
- Place potatoes in a 9x13 pan 
- Pour mixture over potatoes and mix well so potatoes are covered 
- Take remaining cheese and spread over the top of the potatoes 
- Cook at 425 degrees for about an hour.
