Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon

  • 1 large onion or two smaller ones

  • 4 - 5 Potatoes

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

  • 1/4 C water

  • 1 lb shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes into 1/4’ slices

  2. Chop onions

  3. Chop bacon into 1 inch squares

  4. Sauté bacon and onions together. Cook till bacon is crispy

  5. Add Cream of Chicken soup

  6. Add 3/4 of the cheese

  7. Place potatoes in a 9x13 pan

  8. Pour mixture over potatoes and mix well so potatoes are covered

  9. Take remaining cheese and spread over the top of the potatoes

  10. Cook at 425 degrees for about an hour.
